Cherimi Spotlight: JActor Matsuda Shota

September 10th, 1985

Shota Matsuda, (or Matsuda Shota) is one of my favorite Japanese actors.

Shota was born into a family of talented actors and actresses. His father was the famous Yusaku Matsuda, who starred in many films and dramas. Sadly, Yusaku passed away in 1989 due to bladder cancer; Shota was 4.

His mother (Miyuki Matsuda) and aunt (Mami Kumagai) are also well known Jactresses. His brother,  Ryuhei Matsuda, is no stranger to the entertainment business. He is a Jactor who has starred in many Japanese movies and few Jdramas.

To me, Shota is ONE of the SEXIEST Japanese actors. I am so head over heels in love with him.

He has been featured in quite a few Jdramas. He is probably best known for his performance in "Hana Yori Dango" as Nishikado Sojiro, one of the members of the powerful group, F4.   

Another popular drama he starred in was "Liar Game". This was actually the drama that introduced me to the sexy Shota. It was love at first sight.

I could literally climax just by staring at his pictures. Therefore as a treat I would load this post up with pictures of him, so you all could also experience this climax.

One of my favorite dramas starring Shota is Jotei!

He played a yakuza, Date Naoto, that befriends the story's heroine and eventually falls in love with her. Jotei is a really good drama and if you haven't seen it I highly recommend you watch it. If you don't you'll miss images of the sexy Shota, like the one below! (Watch Jotie here).
