New Years Ressolution

Hey all, so its that time again.

2010 is right around the corner literally. As I look back on 2009, I must say this year kind of sucked.
But like any other year it had its good parts.

The positives of 2009
1. I graduated from university w/ a bachelors degree in Computer Systems Engineering
2. I received a full time job right after I graduated in a recession ( I mean not everyone is fortunate to work right after graduating)
3. Moved to a new city and got my own apartment
4. Started this blog
5. Met a bunch of cool asians on twitter halol..
6. New laptop new cell
7. Went to my first anime convention
8. Graduation trip to Florida

The negatives of 2009
1. The RECESSION
2. A bunch of people died
3. I was robbed at gunpoint (Yea I almost died before I graduated)
4. My graduation trip changed from going to Japan to going to Florida instead (maybe this should be as positive at least I had a trip)

WOW, I sound like a whiny bitch.

I mean my positives greatly outwiegh the negatives. Obviously there were more negatives that I didn't add but I mean I had it pretty good compared to some people who lost their homes due to forclosure.
Here, I am whining about a freaking graduation trip.

I was this close to dying but the fact is I didn't die and for that I am very very grateful. I was fortunate to graduate and better yet, Barrack Obama came to my graduation!!!

Why??
I dont know. He was there though.
Even if he looked like a little spec because I was so far on the field I couldn't see him. The fact is he was
 still there

REGARDLESS,
of my many adventures of 2009 I still am very much looking forward to 2010

Do you have any New Years Resolutions for 2010?

Every New Years Eve, I make these stupid resolutions that I only follow through for the first few weeks of Jan. After those weeks, I forget all about my pointless promises and I go back to my normal life.

One again I am going to make these promises and attempt to stick to it.
It takes dedication, I guess I'm to lazy for dedication.
Therefore my first resolution for 2010 is to

STOP BEING SO FREAKIN LAZY

My life would be so much easier if I stopped procrastinating everything and get off my ass every once in a while.

Also, I would really like to get closer to God. I've been really really slacking here and this could only happen if I stop being lazy and take the time for Him.

I also really need to start taking more risks. I mean not stupid dumb ass risks like walking at midnight w/ no clothes on and expecting not to get kidnapped or going 100mph on the freeway for a thrill (yea I'm a little extreme) I mean mini risks. Ever since I got robbed I dont even open the door for the damn ups guy. That incident has affected so much things I do. I hate it. Its so annoying being paranoid allll the time. Hopefully this changes.

So after thinking long and hard this is what I have come up with for my 2010 resolutions.

My 2010 New Years Resolution

Stop being lazy
Get closer to God
Blog more
Watch more asian dramas
Watch more anime
Step up on my manga game (cause we all know I've been slacking)
Take Risks
Have fun!

Yes I must add have fun. There were so many people that died this year. People I know personally, friends of friends, celebrities nontheless. I mean people say life is too short. I think life is damn long, but that doesn't mean you should take it for granted. In a blink of an eye it'll be New Years Eve for 2011.

So lets enjoy 2010!

Watch lots of anime, learn new things, go to many anime conventions, discover new bands (LNA-Late Night Alumni is an amazing band just had to add that), do whatever makes you happy. As long as what makes you happy involves hurting people or animals in any way, shape of form, then you're set to go.

HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR AND A SAFE NEW YEARS EVE!!!
